We are committed to ensuring your order arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time.
Every bouquet is prepared just before dispatch and packed with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery methods:

Local Delivery – Handled by our own courier within Wrocław.

Courier Shipping across Poland – Provided by trusted courier companies (Note: this option is not available for fresh bouquets).

Local Pickup – Available at our flower studio at Romana Dmowskiego 15/Lok. 210, 50-203 Wrocław.
During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method and delivery time (if available for your location).
Delivery Costs
The shipping cost depends on the delivery location and the type of shipment.
The exact amount will be displayed in your cart during checkout.
We offer delivery discounts for large or recurring orders.
Lead Time (Processing Time)

Local Orders – We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM (13:00).

National Shipping – Usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

Custom Orders – For personalized bouquets or decorations, processing time may be slightly longer.
Returns and Complaints
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (fresh flowers and handmade items), we do not accept returns for bouquets and live plants. For decorations, accessories, or non-perishable goods, returns are possible within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone, and we will provide further instructions.
Complaints
If the product you received:

does not match your order,

or does not meet your expectations —
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product.
We review every case individually. Depending on the situation, we may:
