4. Where do you deliver? We deliver throughout Wrocław and ship packages across Poland via courier services and Poczta Polska.
5. How much does delivery cost? The delivery cost depends on the chosen shipping method and the delivery location. The price will be calculated automatically during checkout.
6. Can I pick up my order in person? Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order at our store/studio. You can find our address and opening hours in the "Contact" section.
7. Can I schedule delivery for a specific day or time? Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time during checkout — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Do you make custom bouquets? Of course! We create bouquets according to individual requests, tailored to your preferred color, style, and budget. Please contact us to discuss the details.
9. Will the bouquets and toys look exactly like the photos? Each product is handmade, so there may be minor variations in colors or details. However, the overall composition and appearance will always match the photo.
10. How should I care for my bouquet or decoration? We include a brief care instruction with every product. If you have any questions, we are always happy to advise you.
