Terms and Conditions of the Fell Flowers Online Store
1. General Provisions

The Feel Flowers online store, operating at www.feel-flowers.com, is managed by FEEL FLOWERS OLENA VILTOVSKA, located at ul. Romana Dmowskiego 15/lok.210, 50-203, Wrocław, NIP: 8943250832, REGON: 540521270.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, as well as returns and complaints.

Placing an order in the store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The store conducts mail-order sales and (if applicable) stationary sales at the company's headquarters.

2. Offer and Orders

All products presented in the store are handmade or prepared individually with the utmost care.

Product photos and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only — due to the natural character of the materials (e.g., flowers), the actual appearance may vary slightly from the photo.

A condition for order fulfillment is the provision of correct contact details.

The store reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of stock unavailability, incorrect data, or failure to pay for the order on time.
3. Prices and Payments

All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).

The price of the product provided in its description is binding at the time the order is placed.

Cash on personal pickup.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed after the funds are credited to the store's account.
4. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within Wrocław (and across Poland — not applicable to fresh flowers, bouquets, or live plants).

Delivery time is usually between 1 to 3 business days.

For custom-made products, the lead time may be longer; the customer will be informed accordingly.

The delivery cost depends on the selected shipping method and is provided during checkout.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
5. Personal Pickup

The customer has the option to pick up the order in person at the store's headquarters: ul. Romana Dmowskiego 15/lok.210, 50-203, Wrocław.

Pickup is possible after prior confirmation from the store that the product is ready for collection.
6. Returns and Withdrawal from the Agreement

In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual order (e.g., personalized bouquets, decorations, handmade toys).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should send a statement of withdrawal to the e-mail address: biuro@feelflowers.com.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
7. Complaints

If the product is damaged, inconsistent with the order, or has defects, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to biuro@feelflowers.com, including photos of the product and a description of the problem.

The store will process the complaint within 14 business days.

If the complaint is accepted, the store will replace the product, repair it, or issue a refund.
8. Personal Data Protection

The administrator of personal data is FEEL FLOWERS OLENA VILTOVSKA.

Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the applicable GDPR (RODO) regulations.

The customer has the right to inspect, correct, or delete their data.
9. Final Provisions

The store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable regulations.
